Major Brian Watters was Chair of the Prime Ministers Advisory Drug group from 1998 -2005.

He now represents Australia on the United Nations International Narcotics Control Board in New York and spoke about the work of that body to restrict the flow of chemicals used to manufacture narcotics.

Major Watters worked for over 30 years as a drug treatment practitioner with the Salvation Army.

A great night was had by all those who attended....
