Chaplaincy challenge - hearing postponed

The High Court challenge to chaplaincy is still continuing. The hearing, for the complaint made by Toowoomba parent Ron Williams, was originally scheduled to be heard in May (10-12).

A Directions hearing was held in Sydney on May 9, but the hearing has been postponed and will now be held on August 9-11, 2011.
