VCAT Review

A review of the operation of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) is being conducted by the President of VCAT, Justice Kevin Bell.

VCAT covers a wide range of matters - including discrimination and vilification as well as planning, tenancy and so on.

Justice Bell has been appointed for a two-year term for the purpose of reviewing the operation of VCAT, which began in 1998. During the review he is conducting community forums to ask people about their experiences with VCAT. Submissions/letters are welcome!

If you have had experience with VCAT and its operations - whether as an organisation or persaonally, we encourage you to make a submission or attend a forum.
