EVICT Big Brother

In the six years that Big Brother has been on our TV screens, it has got progressively worse, with increasing sexual innuendo and voyeurism.

Now it is time for it to go!

In 2005, the Big Brother Uncut show screened two incidents that the Regulatory authorities found breached the classification guidelines for television.

In response, Channel Ten stopped screening live footage, changed the name to Big Brother Adults Only and was required to monitor the program prior to broadcast.

The Big Brother Adults Only program was TAKEN OFF AIR in June 2006.

That's good news! Letting them know our views DOES HELP!

In 2006, there was more controversy. An incident of alleged sexual harassment by two guys against one of the girls. It was not actually shown on TV but was streamed live on the internet.
The two guys were removed from the house following the incident in early July 2006.
Politicians, commentators and many others are calling for the whole show to be AXED!
Big Brother should be axed, says PM
Herald Sun, 4 July 2006.

This incident was dealt with - and subsequent series have focused on games and competitions but the talk and sexual innuendo is still there.

We still think the whole program needs to go!
